Librarian Note There is than one author in the Goodreads database with this name.S.E Anderson can t ever tell you where she s from Not because she doesn t want to, but because it inevitably leads to a confusing conversation where she goes over where she was born England where she grew up France and where her family is from USA and it tends to make things very complicated. She s lived

Traveler was another fiver for me Starstruck has quickly become one of my favorite series I have not been able to get enough of Sally, Zander, and Blayde Since this was book 3 in the Starstruck series, I won t be going in to any details, to avoid spoilers I thoroughly enjoyed it though So, I ll talk about how fun and exciting it was. This one had an enjoyably fast pace, and plenty of action I loved where the story took us this time Anderson never ceases to amaze with her writing and story telling I loved how vividly detailed everything was, and how she kept the feel of the first book, even though we met new characters, and traveled to a different setting.Once again, Sally blew me away She has a real knack for getting out of sticky situations, while keeping her wits about her She was brave and kick ass without stepping outside of her own personality and mannerisms She was just Sally, and I loved her.Zander and Blayde changed a little for me, but in good ways They kept their mystery Blayde kept her snark, and Zander kept his aloofness But, they also both became a little personable, and both grew on me if this was even possible.Through all the adventure and danger, Anderson was able to capture raw emotion and weave it in to the blanket of space and time She brought up past issues that Sally hadn t quite worked through completely She brought up new issues for the trio to tackle, found a way to bring up a discussion about fate and faith, and she introduced and developed some dynamic characters, like Ter and Kork, that won t be forgotten She did all of this while keeping the humor, pop culture references, and excitement in the series My only negative was realizing I now have to wait for book 4 I had the opportunity to read this e ARC for free, in exchange for my honest review, after connecting with the author through The Book Robin Hoods site.

AHHH THIS SERIES IS SOOOO AHHHMAZZZINGGG FULL REVIEW WILL BE LIVE TOMORROW I didn t think it was possible to fall deeper in love with a series, but that s exactly what happened with the Starstruck Saga S.E Anderson is simply brilliant and once again had me completely hooked from beginning to end.Traveler, like its fantastically awesome predeceors, was a book I found to be extremely difficult to put down, but at the same time never wanted to finish I ve been in love with Anderson s creative world building and writing style and I can honestly say that her stories just keep getting better and better This book was such a blast to experience I mean that by the way cause you re not just reading when it comes to this series you will FEEL like you re actually part of the journey and kicking ass along with the characters There were so many things going on in this book that at times it felt really chaotic But, it was without a doubt the BEST kind of chaos Anderson never fails to surprise me and I always have such an incredibly awesome time reading her stories Traveler definitely took the spunk, wit, and craziness on another level There was never a single dull moment and I absolutely enjoyed never knowing exactly just where the story was going It was satisfyingly fast paced with plenty of action, jaw dropping twist and turns, hilarious dialogue, sweet moments, and of course some insane intergallic fun as everything goes from bad to worse Cause that s just the way it is Zander, Sally and Blayde always seem to fall into the best misfortunes in all of the galaxies Which, if you ask me, is definitely not a bad thing I really loved being able to spend time with my favorite space squad Oh and I also liked that there was a little bit romance There were some kissing, touching and swoony scenes Even if it wasn t what I expected, I thought it was still cute Not going to say any and ruin the fun for you, but if you ve read Starstruck and Alienation, then just be preprared for whatever comes In this series, anything is a possibility literally ANYTHING.The characters were just as great and even lovable It was really nice to see Sally grow into a badass heroine Not that she wasn t before, but she definitely stepped up She was fierce, driven, and still as adorable as ever Blayde was sassy like always She did take a little backseat in this one, but I liked that Anderson gave a little glimpse at her sensitive and sweet side Zander well he s Zander Always charming, a little mysterious, and forever protecting and looking out for Sally The new additions were pretty awesome too Nim was interesting and I can t wait to see of him BUT, it was Two who stole a piece of my heart Two made me laugh so many times and I enjoyed every scenes with him. This book is hands down my favorite so far Not only was it insanely fun, but every aspect of this book was flawlessly structured, breathtaking and left me wanting I traveled to fascinating destinations, met new characters that were quirky and fun, and saw the awesome trio take on the universe once again But what I loved most about Traveler was how admist all the chaos, mishaps, twists and turns, Anderson managed to incorporate some real life issues Issues that are actually very present right now in the real world I really love books that not only entertain, but also inspire me to think about what s truly important in life. With an amazingly evocative and vivid writing style, chock full of humor, a thrilling storyline, quirky and multidimensional characters, and new adventures, Traveler is such a delightful read I smiled, I laughed, and had the most wonderful and hilariously fun space travel experience I definiely cannot wait where Sally, Zander, and Blayde will jump to next Will they land at the wrong place at the wrong time again or are they actually jumping to places they re destined to be Who knows Current Status Impatiently waiting for Book 4 Anderson, is it possible to time travel a few months into the future so I can find out what happens next Huge thanks to S.E Anderson and Bolide Publishing for sending me an ARC and a copy of this book But, I knew I would love it, so I actually preordered the ebook Now I have three copies I can take with me everywhere All thoughts and opinions are my own And if you ask me, I definitely think you should start this series right now.

Disclaimer I was sent this book by the author in exchange for an honest review Praise the creator What a glorious world What a glorious day Sally s search for Earth isn t off to a good start chased out of her hotel room and into the broom closet of a spaceship, she s accidentally become a stowaway on the Alliance Flagship, Traveler. But when sabotage and murder show the crew s true colors, Zander and Blayde are forced to stay and help them out of their mess Lies, drama, and deceit lead them light years away to a mysterious planet on the edge of the galaxy, where the crew must band together just to stay alive Which would be much easier if they didn t have to deal with a diva first mate, a droid with a religious obsession, and Blayde s Ex whose brain is a spaceship.Finding Earth has to be put on the back burner, as Sally s stuck tending alien boo boos and she still has no idea what she s doing And she might not live long enough to get off the planet in one piece.I can honestly say that the Starstruck saga is my new favourite S.E.Anderson is a phenomenal writer and storyteller as I loved every aspect of Traveler This fast paced adventure dug deep into my soul as I could not put the book down Sally, Zander and Blayde take on another adventure as Traveler not only satisfies your sci fi loving needs but also your favourite trio is back at it again as they take on the world, one alien at a time.Without giving away any spoilers, I absolutely love how the story is expanding to something much than just a normal sci fi adventure because well, what fun would that be S.E.Anderson gives such a unique take on an alien experience that will leave you wanting and quivering through every chapter Yes, it is that good It sounds like they wanted to sacrifice us, captain As the relationships we have come to know and love in the first two books are expanded and become intensifying, Anderson s writing give you the feeling as you are watching a movie before your eyes I can honestly say that this book is hands down my favourite book I have ever read and I can t wait to read of S.E Anderson s work I would recommend not only this book but this saga to anyone who loves Sci fi, fiction, a great adventure and your favourite characters You can get your kindle edition for under 3 by clicking the following link The release date is April 27, 2018 so make sure to mark your calendars

I received an ARC of this in exchange for an honest review I enjoyed this book, but not as much as I enjoyed Alienation I found myself only reading a few chapters before getting a little bored and having to stop for a bit I found the pacing for Traveler to be a little slow at times The characters were okay, but I do wish you got to know them a bit better A lot of new characters were introduced in this one and I often found myself confused as to who they were and what their role was in the story.

I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review. The third book in the Starstruck Series, Traveler, by S.E Anderson is incredible There s nothing I like than getting to spend time with the characters I ve come to know and love so much The familiar alien snark, comedic dialogue, and brilliant writing rang through in this book as much, or even , than the previous books This story, though only a small part of a much bigger story, was brilliantly structured, and left you itching to read By the end of the book, though I was than satisfied with the way it ended, I was still furiously tapping on the screen hoping that there would be pages Where will our favourite trio jump to next Will Sally ever get back to Earth I suppose we ll have to stay tuned for book 4 I can t wait

I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.Sally, Zander and Blayde are back in for another exciting adventure through the universe This time they find themselves in the middle of Star Trek, well kind of They are thrust in the middle of adventure that they didn t see coming They have to help their new friends Traveler is fast paced and action packed I was so excited that this book had of wit and humor from the first book Once again Zander just outshined everyone, he s such a fun character Honestly even Blayde grew on me in this book Sally proved her worth on multiple occasions as well This was a great sci fi read and I hope to read about their adventures in the future

Traveler reminded me of Galaxy Quest, which I love Lots of action, a few twists, and of course, things going from bad to worse Sally seems to be settling in with the jumping We learn a bit about Zander and Blayde It seems there is something or someone working behind the scenes and directing the group towards an unknown Can t wait for the next one I received an ebook at no charge for which I voluntarily provided an honest review.

I m learning to set aside a biannual day for myself, as the Starstruck fantasy world claims priority over my reality every time For those of us who need reliable escapist entertainment, Sally is proving herself able to get into a good pickle time and again, and without getting so full of herself that she loses her sense of humor in the face of life threatening extraterrestrial encounter A good thing, because once again she encounters a whole new world of amusing characters, which I will refrain from introducing to spare the spoilers There s even a moment of interpersonal warmth that grows to an inferno, and again, I ll spare the spoiler but to say it was expertly handled By the fires of Derzan, I can t wait for the next instalment I nabbed a copy for myself when the ARCs landed on the doorstep in exchange for a fair and honest review Just because the author claims my postal address is no reason I shouldn t be forthcoming as to whether or not the books are any good, and YES, IT REALLY MOST DEFINITELY IS

  10. says:

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review LOVED this new installment in the Starstruck series Reading an S.E Anderson book is like sitting down to coffee with your hilarious bes friend who also travels through space Sometimes the reality of being in space is crazy by itself, and sometimes it s just relationships that are strange and amazing That s the best part about this book Space is the backdrop for the often random happenstances of life I wish that the Blayde Jurrah relationship had been fully fleshed out, but I have a feeling it s not the last we ve seen of Jurrah s character Overall, an excellent read, with the hint of to come
