    I ve made a lot of recipes from this book they ve all turned out to be absolutely delicious Some of the ingredients are just so simple like the goat cheese frittata that you d think they might lack flavor, but you d be wrong, just DEAD WRONG, because it s so full of flavor I d recommend this cookbook to any foodie I m not using this word to describe people who just like to take pictures of their food for Yelp, but people who actually love food, can list about 10 chefs, watch the Food Network or anything that revolves around Anthony Bourdain, can actually cook whether they re vegetarian or not If you re an omnivore looking to get this for a vegetarian loved one, you should look into buying yourself a copy The meals will straight up surprise you with how delicious they are Many of the ingredients are NOT vegan friendly can easily find substitutions which I find disappointing, but the recipes are all good regardless Any vegetarian or broke college student will appreciate this cookbook While not all of the ingredients are broke college student friendly, the soups are worthy of splurging since they ll probably last you an entire week or at least 4 days if you eat other food There are photos for every single recipe, which should be mandatory for cookbooks Cookbooks without photoscome on, how am I supposed to know what this thing looks like You gotta show me what it should look like so I know I didn t mess up But anyway, the photography is gorgeous inviting Determined to make recipes from this cookbook Get the book, don t even hesitate.

    I borrowed this book from the library, but I think I will have to buy it because I want to try every single recipe and I can t keep renewing the loan for ever It s such a beautiful, well edited and designed book and the photos by Richard Jung are absolutely gorgeous Ross Dobson has a gift for making every recipe sound enticing I ve already made the chili roasted vegetables with soft goats cheese twice such a simple recipe, easily adaptable to other ingredients and quite delicious Do yourself a favour and borrow or buy a copy of this book for yourself, even if you re not vegetarian
